Booking process + session preparation

To book a session with me just reach out via email or mobile phone and share what it is that you would like to work on. After this we will agree on a time and date.

Before our first session, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. If I need any more information before our first session, I will contact you.

Session

The first session duration will typically be 2 hours and 30 minutes. The subsequent sessions will be about 2 hours. First session will be longer so as to agree on a therapy objective (your reason for seeking therapy) and to gather any relevant information surrounding your issue.

During the session you will be in a position where you can deeply relax (such as; lying in bed, sofa, etc). I will guide you into relaxation using a method that is best suited for you. After which I will start giving suggestions and using various techniques to help you achieve your goals. These suggestions and techniques will be related to your therapy objective (the reason for seeking hypnotherapy). To finish the session I will guide you back to your normal level of wakefulness. After which we can have a short discussion about your experience. This is a brief overview of how a session will run and more information will be provided before our session.

Post session

After the session I will give you an audio recording of everything that we did.We will book another session if need be.Typically people require about 3 - 5 sessions to enact the positive change that they would like in their lives. However this number is different for every person and every issue.

During the session you will be in a position where you can deeply relax (such as; lying in bed, sofa, etc). After the interview I will help you regress to the source of your issue/trauma. This can feel like remembering a memory. After the exploration we will begin the transformation. This is where I will guide you through various techniques to release emotional charge and to help you gain insights and understanding about your issue/trauma. The combination of releasing the trapped emotions and gathering an understanding usually helps bring about a deep healing in most cases. More will be explained before the session.

Post session

After the session I will give you an audio recording of everything that we did. I will also provide certain recommendations related to our session. This can include; affirmations, visualisations, noticing certain things and more.

The number of sessions needed is dependent on the individual and what it is that we are working with. Most people require around 3 - 5 sessions to heal and get what they want from the therapy.
